Shipping Information:
Orders will only be shipped within the 50 States... No international orders please.
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Your order's shipping date is dependent on the availability of the product(s) you request. Products that are in stock will ship same or next day, or on Monday or Tuesday if your order is being placed on a weekend. Out of stock items generally ship within 3-5 business days. You will be notified if an item is out of stock and approx. ship date.
If you wish to ship products to an individual other than yourself, you must add this new shipping address to your account. Please note that the shipping address does not change your taxation. The billing address, which must be the same as your credit card’s billing address, is responsible for your tax rate. Shipping request entered in the comments section of your order can NOT be honored. If you enter alternate shipping instructions in the comments of your order and do not specify this new address in your account setup, your order may be cancelled, or shipped directly to you.
Returns: As stated in our Privacy Policy, any tangible product you are not completely satisfied with may be returned for a full refund, replacement, or exchange (less shipping charges, if applicable). Intangible products (such as downloaded e-books and applications) cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have difficulties with an e-book, or program, please contact us at support@swsstore.com for assistance.
If, within 10 days of receiving your product, you’re are not satisfied with your product, return it, in new and unused condition, for a total refund of the purchase price of your item by performing the following: a) Send an e-mail to: support@swsstore.com, or from our contact us page, with a subject of “requesting an RMA”, without the quotes.
Provide your e-mail address (as it is registered with us), full name, address (where the item was shipped, the resolution you seek (refund, exchange, replacement, etc…), the product you’re having an issue with, and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
You will receive an e-mail from us containing either a request for more information, or an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
If we request more information, please provide it in an e-mailed response to our request. If you receive an RMA number, your return has been approved. Return the product, in its original wrapping, to the address below. Be sure to pack your product carefully! Items received warn or damaged will be return to you without refund or exchange!

Once your package is received and inspected you will receive a credit to the card used to place your order. If your order was paid by check, you will receive your payment in the mail, generally in 10 to 14 days.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, so you will note that your credit will not include the charges associated with those services. In certain situations SWSStore.com will refund shipping & handling charges, but this is reviewed on a case, by case basis.
