What Does it Mean to 'Get Business From the Internet?'

Many agents claim that they "get most of their business from the Internet." Since my own real estate business has always been primarily sphere of influence-driven, I've often wondered what exactly one does to create and maintain an internet-based business model. Is it a matter of simply paying for leads or paying per click? Or spending all your waking hours blogging for dollars? Or hiring an expensive SEO specialist to "optimize" your website?

Or... what exactly?

Well, we're going to find out!
