Here's how it works:
Includes a free telephone consultation to determine the nature and scope of your consulting needs, and to determine if Jennifer is the right person for the job. Time is purchased in advance and discounts are given for blocks of time over two hours. Jennifer is available on the telephone by appointment, or by email any time. Your emails will be responded to within 24 hours, usually sooner. Examples of general consulting include:
- • Preparing for a listing appointment (and subsequent follow-up)
- • Preparing for your first buyer
- • Putting your first listing on the market
- • Contract-to-closing guidance (non-legal issues only)
- • Evaluating your unsold listings
- • General day-to-day questions and dilemmas
Project assistance - $150/hour
Available topics and estimated time involved
- • Writing your announcement or reconnection letter – estimate 2-3 hours
- • Editing your announcement or reconnection letter – estimate 1-2 hours
- • Creating a do-able business plan – estimate 1-2 hours
- • Creating a logo, brand or image (includes business card design) – estimate 3-4 hours. You own the copyright at the end, including any stock imaging used in creation of your files, and will have print ready high resolution files for press submissions as well as web resolution files in multiple formats.
- • Modifications to existing logo/brand , or business card - estimate 1-2 hours.
- • Writing a monthly Sphere of Influence communication piece (for email purposes) – estimate 1-2 hours per month
- • Editing your monthly Sphere of Influence communication piece – estimate .5 – 1 hour per month
