I am about 6 weeks into my career and have been struggling the past 2 weeks with the realization that my fellow agents and broker want me to be someone I am not.  Trying to ‘fake it’ all the time is killing me and the thought of door knocking and cold calling makes me feel almost ill.  I am not particularly smooth, pushy or the least bit aggressive and I am seriously starting to wonder if perhaps that isn’t a death sentence in this career.  I am amazed to hear that there are other people out there that feel the same way I do.
