Jennifer Allan entered the wonderful world of real estate sales in 1996. She was the second highest producing rookie in the Front Range Coldwell Banker system and was the perennial top producing agent in her office throughout the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. Depending nearly 100% on her strong Sphere of Influence, she sold between 50 and 70 homes per year, earning between $200,000 and $350,000 gross commissions. In 2004, she founded her own real estate company, New Precedent Real Estate of Denver.
